R.I.P Bigfats. One of the greatest hot sauce companies that ever was. That being said, grab this sauce while you can because Flower City Flavor Company is the only place you can find this rarity as it’s no longer produced! Octo Maximus is a very hot sauce. With that heat you get a very unique blend of heady spices that are flavorful, aromatic & exotic. I love this one but be careful….it’s a scorcher! Great paired with Indian & African cuisine. Yum!
