This is a solid choice for ribs, burnt ends or a finishing glaze on chicken. You get all of the flavors evenly distributed. A great sweet and smokey flavor without overdoing it on the “moonshine” part. Overall great product. Definitely recommended.
I absolutely love this sauce. It’s always great to come across a BBQ sauce that’s got its own unique flavor profile (instead of just being another generic KC or Memphis clone). It’s got a mild but very present bite to it; pours nicely without being runny; sweet but not too sweet (thank you, apple pie spices). Excited to try it on pork, but can attest to how good it is on baked chicken. My wife loved it too. Highly recommend.
