Oh wow! This is the 3rd sauce from Cutino that I have had and where I liked (liked) the other two, Verde and Habanero, this one is by far my favorite!!! It has an excellent salty taste, a little vinegar forward, and then sweet and then some really good heat to finish it off. My forehead wants to sweat a little, but not quite, while my lips are surely burning. As the bottle says, it has a nice tangy aspect to it, and has a lot of flavor. I like sauces that have some good taste and complex flavors and then follow up with some heat and this one really does that. This sauce also has good texture to it, where the other Cutinos were a little too thin and watery for me, but this one while not a thick sauce by any means, has good texture. I am making French Onion Soup tonight and this is going to be heavily used on the finished product to bring that broth to life. If you want to get into the Cutino line, or haven’t tried the Miso from Cutino, this one is a must!!! Still giving it only 4 stars for being so thin.
