I have had this one before and got it again. The label initially scared me thinking it was going to be crazy hot, but while it was indeed hot, it has some great flavors and awesome texture. You get a nice taste of tomatoes and vinegar and all the peppers combined. This has a nice rich flavor and is a very good and well composed sauce with all the flavors working together and the textures working together. I love the taste of this sauce and especially the texture. Even though they say it is super hot, it is not anywhere close to the hottest thing I have tried, and I have to say I like it that way. It is a very good and enjoyable level of heat. Heat is still maybe an 8 out of 10. This is a very quality recipe.
I have to admit, this one intimidated me a bit and I thought it was going to be one of those ridiculously hot melt your face off sauces where all you have is heat and no flavors, but I was very wrong! It is indeed hot, but it has awesome flavor, awesome texture, lots going on with flavors and depth and it is indeed hot, but not where you can’t taste anything else. This is a must buy and one I will be adding to my regular rotation. Texture and taste and heat.
