Hoff is a name that I have been used to for a while and have a lot of their sauces. While they don’t make any that are crazy hot, they definitely make a lot of good and flavorful sauces that have a lot of applications over a variety of types of food. They are actually one of the ones who got me back into hot sauces with their “Wake Up Call” which has coffee undertones. This “Every Day Hot Sauce” is just that and packs a nice punch of flavor and a little heat. I can't imagine what this wouldn’t be good on!
