I have had this one before, so when I saw it available at FCFC I ordered it again. It is a very good tasting sauce, not hot, but has a good and rich taste. It is called wake up call because there is some coffee in there. I just read on the bottle that they call this a sriracha style sauce… I can see that. This is a very universal sauce that can go on anything. Heat might be a 2 out 10. Last time when I got it, I minced some habaneros and put them in the sauce and it kicked up the heat a bit. Use this sauce on everything, you will love it. Get the 12.7 oz bottle too, since it is not too hot and it is so good, this one tends to get used up pretty quickly. I give it 4 out o5 simply because I want it to bring the heat more and have a little more of a coffee taste, but hey, I did purchase it a third time which is telling.
