I have had this one before, it was so good, I had to have it again. This sauce was my first encounter with a TB product and the second I tried it, I knew these guys were seriously talented and created some seriously tasty sauces. The only thing this one is missing, and I feel very picky saying this about such a masterpiece, is I would like to get that nose burn from the horseradish. I might be adding some fresh horseradish to get that burn. Use this one on anything you put horseradish on. I am giving this one a 4 out of 5 since you don’t get the nose burn, which I kind of feel bad doing, but I gave it a 5 the first time through, so this net 4.5 stars is where it should be.
Another one that is so nice, I will try it twice and keep trying it. This is so well put together. I am also ordering more of their other sauces as they have shown me with this one that they can really compose some good recipes!!!! Excellent depth and flavor with this one.
Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! If you love horseradish you’re gonna love this. Very instant and in the sinuses. I love this sauce and would most certainly 10/10 get this again.
This is excellent!!!! Three large spoon fulls of this one and then I put it on a philly cheese steak sandwich. This sauce is awesome and has the punch of horseradish flavor right out of the gate, as it should. Then you get the mustard and some vinegar, but not too much vinegar and a hint of lemon. It never burns your nose, like too much horseradish does. It has a nice thick consistency and excellent texture, not watered down or over-blended. You can taste all the components separately. Right when the taste is all done, you feel some awesome heat that lingers and will give you some sweat on your forehead, but you never feel the actual sharp heat, just a nice subtle heat after all the great flavor.
This is a very smart and well put together sauce, with the progression of flavor and then heat, not a blow your face off with heat where you can’t taste anything but heat.
This would also be great on a roast beef sandwich or a roast in the crock pot with potatoes and carrots.
