Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts washed and halved
  • 3 tbsp cooked bacon crumbled
  • 2 tsp malt vinegar
  • 1 dash salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat the bacon fat in a pan over medium heat until the fat is melted.
  • Saute the Brussels sprouts for five minutes, stirring often.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the malt vinegar and bacon to the pan, and stir to combine.
  • Turn the heat to medium low, and saute for 5 more minutes.
