SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, and Washington, DC. We do not ship internationally at this time.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
Most orders are shipped by the end of the next business day, however, please allow us 3-5 days depending on our order volume and staff availability. If for any reason we are not able to make our normal shipping schedule, we will notify you via e-mail ASAP, we want you to get your purchase quickly and safely.
Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Small orders may be shipped USPS Retail Ground and Large orders may be shipped FedEx/UPS.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATION/TRACKING
When your order has completed processing, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of this. The e-mail will contain a tracking code to see the status of where the order is on its journey to you.
LOCAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
If an order’s delivery address is within our home county of Monroe County, NY, it may be delivered vs. shipped. If this is the case, an order note will be sent notifying the details of the delivery date/time. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery, however, depending on exact location, most are delivered within 1-3 days.

ORDER RECEIVED – BROKEN/DAMAGED ITEM
All orders are packaged carefully and securely with appropriate bubble wraps, packing peanuts and other cushioning appropriate for shipping. Broken items are rare, however, if you have received a broken or damaged item:
