Shipping Policy

We make shipping simple.

SHIPPING RATES
There are 3 options:

  1. Flat rate $7 up to $58.99.
  2. Free Shipping $59 or more.
  3. Free Delivery within Monroe County, New York.

Upon checkout, your shopping cart will dynamically update to your available shipping options. Free Shipping over $59 is after all discounts are applied to your order.

Free Delivery within Monroe County, New York will only appear if a shipping address is entered and located within the County (this is determined by the entered ZIP code).

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
Products are generally shipped same day or next day, Monday through Saturday. If you make an order on a Saturday evening, it will be shipped Monday. If for any reason we are not able to make our normal shipping schedule, we will notify you via e-mail ASAP, we want you to get your purchase quickly and safely.

Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Small orders may be shipped USPS Retail Ground and Large orders may be shipped FedEx/UPS. Regardless, you as a customer, are never charged more than $7 (if at all).

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION/TRACKING
When your order has completed processing, you will receive an e-mail notifying you. The e-mail will contain a tracking code to see the status of where the order is on its journey to you.

LOCAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
When an order comes in eligible for Free Monroe County, NY Delivery, a direct e-mail will be sent to the customer to coordinate a drop off time. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery, however, depending on exact location, most are delivered within 1 or 2.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED STEPS

  1. Confirm with provided tracking that the order was indeed marked as delivered.
  2. Contact us here. We will work with you to help resolve.

ORDER RECEIVED – BROKEN/DAMAGED ITEM
All orders are packaged carefully and securely with appropriate bubble wraps, packing peanuts and other cushioning appropriate for shipping. Broken items are rare, however, if you have received a broken or damaged item:

  1. Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered on the shipping company’s tracking website.
  2. An e-mail must be sent here with a picture of the damage. We can not accept a damaged order request without such.

We will review the situation with you and want to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

ORDER RECEIVED – WRONG ITEM
If you believe you received an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours here. We will work with you for a resolution. Either crediting your account, making a full refund or sending a separate shipment with the correct product.

ORDER RECEIVED – MISSING ITEM
If you believe you received your order and it as missing an item, contact us within 48 hours here. We will work with you for a resolution. Either crediting your account, making a full refund or sending a separate shipment with the correct product.

Return Policy

Should a situation arise where a purchase needs to returned, please e-mail us immediately, submit your request on our Contact page. Please include the following information:

  1. Order number.
  2. What product(s) needing to be returned.

We will e-mail instructions for how and where to return eligible items.

Products must:

  1. Be returned within 30 days of date of purchase.
  2. Be unopened/unused and in its original packaging.

In your return e-mail, please attach a copy of your original invoice. Upon receipt of return, a credit will issued immediately, no longer than 24 hours. Credits are issued to original method of payment.

Please be patient with your credit. It may take 7-10 days for it to post.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Flower City Flavor Company.
