Bravado Spice Co. Aka Miso Hot Sauce

This sauce is properly hot — be careful pouring it, because it's not a chunky sauce, and a little of it gives a hefty kick. Even with judicious application of the sauce, the umami flavors of the miso and other Japanese seasonings come through clearly. All those flavors intertwine into a perfect savory hot sauce.

HOOOOOOOT. But delicious! Used it on wings and also miso soup.

An umami bomb of deliciousness. Definitely not for the faint of heart because this one is HOT and will stick with you for a while, but I loved everything about it.

Wow! The Ghost and Carolina Reapers don't mess around on this one. I never really had anything miso before but pulled this one out for sushi and it was spicy! A big hit with everyone I had it with.

Scorching hot but amazing. I saw folks online say they've used it in ramen noodles and that I must say was an amazing choice for this sauce.

Okay, this one is a gem. It has amazon flavor, on the salty side, a nice dark red color indicative of the rich taste you are about to experience a very nice and HOT heat. This is definitely on the hotter side, my head is sweating and my lips and mouth are burning. I have had Bravado’s Pineapple Hananero and their Green Apple & Jalapenos which where both good, but this one is on a whole new level. This is an amazing sauce. WOW!!!! You don’t have to think about this one, just get it. This would be an awesome add to some General Tso's Chicken or on some wings, but be careful if wings as your fingers are going to light up anything come in contact with (don't itch your eye!)
