Wow is this a neat sauce. Nice and thick and chunky. Really good flavor. Interesting ingredients such as roasted bell peppers, potato, squash, onion, garlic, 7 pot peppers and caribe peppers. It is not overly hot, I would maybe estimate 4 out of 10, but the flavor is really strong and the texture is like no sauce I have seen before. There is a nice touch of garlic on there too. We are having BLTs tonight and this is going to be the perfect sauce to go on that. I might even add this to a hot dog as well, to go along with the mustard. This is a sauce that I think people could easily overlook and they are definitely missing out. I have already ordered more from the Burns & McCoy lineup.
