This sauce is beyond its listed “Best By” Date. While this is not the same as an actual “expiration” date, we like to offer our hot sauce fans a significant discount if we are unable to sell the sauce before the best-by date listed. The sauce may show slight flavor or color loss, but we would not sell it if it were not safe for consumption.
