As I have tasted more and more sauces throughout the years, I have come to love the fermented sauces more and more. This one does not disappoint on unique flavor. Those dates and chipotles are an excellent combo for just about any food. If you are looking to try a sauce outside the box with great flavor and consistency, then I highly recommend this sauce.
