Elijah’s Xtreme Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce

Smooth texture, basically no texture, all uniform, but has a nice consistency, not thin or watery at all. this has a great taste and then super heat. If you are looking for some HEAT, give this one a try! The bottle says this is 4 out of 5 for heat, and that makes sense. It has a consistency just less than ketchup, which is a really good consistency, not watery. Like the heat rating on the bottle, I am also going to give this a 4 out of 5 stars for two reasons, there was no texture and honestly on than some good heat, there was not a particular flavor. I do like it, but the flavor is going to limit me on this one. I think I will use at as a way to make other things hotter, such as ketchup or mix it with ranch, put into a bottle of A1 for some hot A1 sauce.
