Fartley Farms Warm Your Cold, Dead Fart Ginger Reaper Hot Sauce

This is a very powerful sauce; powerful in flavor and then powerful in heat. I got a nice spoonful of this to really taste it without the distraction of food and the initial flavor is bright and punchy and then you get a true heat that lingers. You definitely can taste the balsamic vinegar and the garlic and the ginger right out of the gate. My eyes got watery and I had to go get a glass of water. This has a nice sneaky heat and really good flavors. This is my second both of a Fartley Farms product and they are one I will definitely buy when I see them. The only critique I have of this sauce is it is a little on the thin side, kinda watery. This would be awesome on a fish or chicken dish. Shredded chicken tacos or fish tacos? Heck yea!

If ginger is not your fortay this sauce may not be either but its hot and delicious when not gone overboard, at least for a non ginger lover like myself
