Butternut Squash: Comforting and autumn-inspired, made with vine-ripened tomatoes, heavy cream, and local squash.
Rochester Cocktail Revival Sauce’d: Special limited-edition rosa sauce, created in collaboration with Rochester Cocktail Revival—New York’s only annual festival for craft cocktail culture!
Rustic: Caramelized onions, sweet Riesling, portabella mushrooms, and a blend of rosemary, sage, and thyme create a savory, herbaceous sauce.​
Grilled Eggplant: Pasta sauce that also features cherry tomatoes and roasted red bell peppers. A portion of the proceeds from sales goes to Rochester Rotary’s Sunshine Camp.
