Verde

One of the greatest hot sauces ever created, Los Calientes – Verde is the signature sauce of the hit YouTube series Hot Ones. This hot sauce is the perfect balance of heat and flavor. Karma Sauce manufactures it for the show right in Flower City Flavor Company’s hometown of Rochester, NY. Sweet and smoky, Serrano and Orange Habaneros are the starring peppers here, along with apricot and tomatillo to round it out.

Rojo

Hotter and slightly sweeter than the Original, Los Calientes Rojo debuted in Season 11 and is still in the Hot Ones lineup to this day. This sauce is an incredible mix of applewood-smoked red jalapeños, habanero, apricot, and herbs. With such a unique and signature flavor, this hot sauce is one of our favorites. We love that it’s also manufactured just miles away from our headquarters here in Rochester, NY, at the Karma Sauce factory! You can put this hot sauce on anything!

Barbacoa

The third sauce in the Hot Ones Los Calientes line may be the best yet! Debuting in Season 15, barbecue lovers will fall in love with this chipotle and applewood-smoked red jalapeno pepper blend.
