This sauce is beyond its listed “Best By” Date. While this is not the same as a true “expiration” date, we like to give our hot sauce fans a big discount if we were not able to sell the sauce before the best by date listed. The sauce might have a slight flavor and/or color loss but we would not sell it if it was not safe for consumption. Please note, there are no refunds for our extremely discounted passed best by date sauces.

Moruga Scorpion and Green Habanero give this one some solid heat! Designed to have with ramen, but we find ourselves using it for other dishes as well!

Ingredients: White Vinegar, Green Habanero Mash (Habanero, Salt), Sugar, White Miso (Water, Soy Beans, Rice, Salt), Moruga Scorpion Pepper Mash (Scorpion Peppers, Salt),  Ginger (Ginger Citric Acid), Minced Garlic, Lime Juice, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Arrowroot, Nori (Dried Red Algae), Salt, Black Pepper, Xanthan Gum
