Karma Sauce Cherry Bomb Hot Sauce

I'll admit, I first tried Cherry Bomb in part because I was amused that it had the same title as the NCT 127 song. But this is genuinely a great sauce — the sweet and sour flavor of the cherries complements the habanero, and the subtle coffee and spices all blend immaculately. The variety of flavors makes it an all-purpose hot sauce — I've used it on salads and a variety of savory dishes. It's pretty mild — and I would be interested if at some point Karma made an Extreme Cherry Bomb (Cherry H-Bomb?) — but, because of its versatility, it can also be combined with other hot sauces, so when I want higher heat, combining it with something like Scorpion Disco puts some extra teeth on Cherry Bomb (without obscuring its character).

Unbelievably delicious. I've never had Karma Sauce I didn't like and Cherry Bomb is no exception. This sauce is not what you would expect, but in a totally good way.
