This one was not one that appealed to me at first, but then I put it on an enchilada and a burrito. Amazing! Not too hot, but very tasty with the right application. This is a little niche, in that mole doesn’t travel to all foods, but when you find its pairing, it really brightens up and shows its worth. I would maybe even try this on some pork chops too.
