Based on our popular Bourbon Barrel Malt Vinegar, which is aged in genuine Iron Smoke Distillery barrels, these potato chips give you all the salt & vinegar flavor you know and love, without the extra saltiness that makes your mouth swell immediately after having a couple. The spirit of the malt vinegar is captured well in the seasoning for these chips, so you’ll be able to get robust flavor of the malt vinegar, while at the same time get an ever-so-subtle taste of the charred oak.
