Roasted Red Pepper Arrabbiata Hot Sauce

“Arrabbiata” translates to “angry sauce” in Italian, but this hot sauce will make you anything but angry. You’ll be screaming for joy because this is one of our favorite hot sauces EVER and we are sure you will love it too!

You could literally drink this sauce. When Tom Falbo, owner of PepperNutz, sent us the test batch, we fell in love instantly. It was gone in less than 24 hours, and that’s because we had to restrain ourselves.

The Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Puree mix is perfection. A little heat from the jalapeños and chipotles is just the right amount to give the sauce a little kick. If you are not one for heat, no worries, you’ll love this! It’s marked as a “medium” heat level, but hot sauce fanatics will rate it more on the mild side.

Mix in the rest of the ingredients – Agave, Cilantro, Garlic, Sugar, and of course vinegar and you get liquid gold in a 5 fluid ounce bottle.

Don’t be surprised if you start talking Italian after having this one.
