Bring some chicken to life! Where this has a nice salty taste with a little heat, the thing about this one is that amazing jerk flavor. After having been to Jamaica and enjoying some real jerk chicken, this dry rub represents VERY well. Liven up some chicken and maybe even offset with some pineapple or sprinkle this on a chicken sandwich or turkey sandwich. I have tried so many sauces that claim “jerk”, but this one brings it!

This rub is from my area and I had never heard of it before but wanted to give it a shot and wow, what a wonderful surprise! Great traditional jerk style flavor and a fantastic base rub for your chicken or anything you want jerk flavor on. Highly recommend!
