Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise 
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp malt vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp thyme dried
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients except thyme in a small bowl until well combined.
    1/4 cup mayonnaise , 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt, 2 tbsp malt vinegar, 1 clove garlic, 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
    Ingredients needed to make malt vinegar aioli
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes before serving. Taste, and season with salt and pepper as needed.
