1 lb Brussels sprouts washed and halved 3 tbsp cooked bacon crumbled 2 tsp malt vinegar 1 dash salt & pepper
Heat the bacon fat in a pan over medium heat until the fat is melted.
Saute the Brussels sprouts for five minutes, stirring often.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the malt vinegar and bacon to the pan, and stir to combine.
Turn the heat to medium low, and saute for 5 more minutes.
