Open the two garbanzo bean cans, strain and save all the liquid from one can.
Add 1 can of garbanzo beans, 3 tablespoons tahini, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, 3 tablespoons lemon juice and 1/2 cup saved liquid. Add salt and pepper to taste. Blend until smooth (about 30 seconds).
Add the second can of garbanzo beans and an additional 1/4 to 1/2 saved liquid (depending on how thick you prefer your hummus). Blend until smooth.
Enjoy with pretzels, pita chips, veggies, or whatever you like.
