This is a neat sauce. Bravado gives it a 4 out of 5 on heat, which I agree with. Directly off a spoon, this sauce leads with the white wine vinegar, a bit of salt, then some straight up heat from the ghost pepper, then finishes with the blueberry. This is a very neat mix of flavors, with the lemon showing itself through the process as well. This is a little sneaky hot as the flavors tend to mask the true heat. Where this sauce is so neat, I have struggled a bit to find a use for it. I put it on some vanilla bean ice cream, which was great. It is good on some lemon pepper chicken. I know I will find that perfect use, which will be amazing. This sauce has such a good potential, I just have to find it! 😊

Lots of flavor and lots of bite from the Ghost Pepper. Fruit sauces typically don't do it for me, but with the recommendation from the Hot Ones list, I wanted to give it a shot. I spiced up a salad with blueberry balsamic and a couple dashes of this one. Yum! I see a lot of folks saying it's great on ice cream, so I'll have to try that next.

Was a little thinner than I was expecting, but not worth knocking off a star for. Lots of blueberry flavor, and the heat really snuck up on me. Surprisingly paired well with multiple foods. I used it on cheese, on ice cream and even meatballs!
