Burns & McCoy Exhorresco Hot Sauce

I love Burns & McCoy. They are one of my favorite sauce companies. This one is a burner! 7 pot primo peppers are not joke. This one is an 8/10 on my scale and I like it hot. It has black garlic and I love almost every black garlic sauce I have ever tasted. This one is a showstopper. Do yourself a favor and try this one out.

If you aren't a fan of extreme heat, run far away from this one. If you're like me and are a fan, this one slaps. And by slaps, I mean burns the hell out of your mouth! The flavor is amazing for a hot sauce of this level with no extract.

Nice and thick and indeed hot. 7 Pot Primo peppers in this one light it up! Good texture, you get some of the seeds in this one. This one makes your forehead sweat for sure. This is a very hot sauce, but it is so dang good, I am looking at my bottle and am not sure where it all went! I just keep using it on stuff. Ingredients listed are 7 pot primo peppers, oak aged apple cider vinegar, agave nectar, yuzu juice, black garlic and spices. Yuzu is a neat citrus fruit, like a lemon (I had to look it up). All of this works together to make a very good tasting sauce.

This hot sauce is certainly above my usual threshold of heat I can tolerate, but I have to say it tastes amazing one you get past the heat. Loved it mixed in dips and other foods, just couldn't take too much of it.

My mouth is still on fire, but once I got over the initial scorching heat, I thought it was great. Not something I would use all the time just because it's so hot, but I'm still giving it 5 stars.
