Culley’s Firewater Hot Sauce

Just buy it! This one was one that I always looked at was a little fearful of the price should I not like it. Then when I got it, I was using it on everything. I found myself thinking of old recipes that I could use this on and then using it in place of some other old favorites. It has kind of a sharp smell to it that lets you know it is going to have good taste, so you taste it, then you read the bottle again to see what part is so hot! Trinidad scorpion from Auckland New Zealand for the win.
