I anticipated that I would enjoy it so much I actually purchased four in my order. Thankfully, I was correct. As the bottle describes it, the sauce is on the milder side of hot. I am talking about High Desert Sauce Co. Reaper's Fuzzy Navel. The ingredients list includes fire roasted yellow bell peppers, distilled vinegar, peaches, carrots, Carolina reaper pepper, apple cider vinegar, agave nectar, sea salt, and dried orange peel. This combination of ingredients brings a very unique flavor in my opinion. I would describe the sauce as having kind of a lower tone as far as the way that it tastes, and I think there would be so many good things to put this on. I would describe this sauce as a medium consistency. On my scale, the heat was probably about a 2 out of 10, but the flavor really brings it on at a solid 8 of 10. If you're a fan of hot sauce I would definitely suggest that you try this one out!
