Karma Sauce Burn After Eating Hot Sauce

I have been used this sauce for several years, carefully "painting" it on the outside of my hummingbird feeders here in Rochester. It is nice and thick and sticks well to the plastic feeder. It is POTENT. Before I started using this sauce, the squirrels and raccoons would empty the feeder to get the sugar water or hummingbird nectar, now my feeders are left alone.

A lot of hot sauces wax melodramatic about their heat, but Burn After Eating is truly that hot — whatever blend they used in the ingredients' mysterious Brutally hot peppers hits hard and keeps burning. That said, Karma always ensures their sauces have character — even at the highest heats, they don't settle for a mundanely caustic fire of capsaicin and vinegar. The Indian seasonings in Burn After Eating give it a very distinctive savory flavor. Personally, Bravado's Aka Miso is my favorite in the fully-savory high-heat niche, but Burn After Eating arrives there by a very different path and contrasts well with it.

The best flavor and heat combination of any off-the-shelf hot sauce I have EVER tried, and I have tried a LOT!

This one destroyed me but left me wanting to come back for more. Great flavor once I got past the blast of heat.
