While not crazy hot, I found it to be very flavorful and I really enjoyed it.

For those of you that insist on reading a label for ingredients before partaking in a sauce, I would say you just try this and then form your opinion afterwards. I see so many times of people saying I don't like vinegar sauces and such. Some of you guys don't realize what you're messing out on by putting yourself in a box like that.

I would give this a three out of 10 on my scale for heat and a solid seven to eight for flavor in my opinion. Yes, water is the first ingredient in the sauce, but it just doesn't matter. Up next on the ingredient list is Fresno peppers, red bell peppers, onion, habanero peppers, distilled vinegar, garlic, brown sugar, salt, and xanthan gum.

I don't know that I've ever had Fresno peppers before, so I don't know if that's what exactly stands out in the sauce. When it comes to describing a sauce, one of my ways of talking about it is to try to relate it to music tones. This one I would say is mid-range on the way it hits you. What I mean by this is sometimes you have a sauce that is really high burn and other times I might try a sauce that has a lower tone. A good example of a low tone sauce for me would be Melinda's ghost pepper steak sauce or their Chipotle sauce. I would say this one's right about in the middle.

To me, the sauce even tasted good by itself on the spoon. As you can see, I tried it on my lunch today, which was grilled chicken with broccoli and brown rice. I also ended up throwing some jalapenos in there too but that's not in the picture. I would definitely recommend the sauce.
