Lucky Dog Heat’s a Peach Hot Sauce

Lucky Dog Hot Sauce Heat’s a Peach. This is a neat sauce and a very versatile sauce. It doesn’t pigeonhole itself into a specific use via a specific flavor. This is a good texture sauce and has some really good flavor. You can do a big spoonful of this to get the full taste. You first taste the cider vinegar and notice a great texture. Then you start to taste some of the sweetness of the peaches and a little garlic and onion. The neatest part of this sauce for me is it has a great peppery aftertaste and then the heat just kind of shows up out of nowhere. I was lightly sweating after 2 nice sized spoonfuls, but never actually felt the heat until done. I would like to see a little more peach flavor on this one as you have to look to find it.

I later used this on pizza and it was a nice addition to the pizza and played well with some sundried tomatoes.
