The flavor of this is awesomely sweet and the texture is very nice. It has pineapple, dark rum, honey, mango, natural sugar, raisins and then cayenne and peri pier peppers. Can you imagine how that tastes both sweet and hot at the same time. The experience of this one is amazing, the rich sweet unique taste and then the subtle heat. This is one to try for sure. It is one that I will get again for sure. This is so good, I don’t want to throw it on too much food and lose the taste, but I the bottle says it is great on crabcakes and fish tacos which would be amazing.
