PepperNutz Mango Hab Hot Sauce

I prefer sweet and hot sauces you can use generously and this one hits the mark. It's a tad on the sweeter side with just enough of a habanero kick. Always a plus that it's also a local Rochester brand!

Mango Hab is the sweetest hot sauce I've tried (although I haven't had other mango habaneros, and that looks to be a bit of a genre). Personally, I would prefer if either the habaneros were increased to make it hotter, or if there were additional flavors adding complexity to it, but it's still a good, if simple, flavor.

…the best Mango Habanero out there? I am a raving fan of PepperNutz in general. This sauce is awesomely sweet. Mango mixed with red wine vinegar? For real? Then throw some lime, garlic, cilantro, red peppers and onions all together. This sauce is amazing. Not hot, has a very slight amount of heat, but what a great bunch of flavor. I give 4 out of 5 because I would personally like some more of the habanero heat.
