Didn’t know what to expect as I’ve never had the Red Cat wine, let alone a wine hot sauce, but it worked very well. The sweetness of the wine complimented the Red Savinas very well. Probably wouldn’t use this as an everyday sauce, but it’s amazing for what it is.
