An unexpected triumph
When I first bought this, I thought it was a bit of a risk — I'm not a fan of coconut, and I tend to prefer sauces that start their ingredients with peppers or other fruits, rather than vinegar. But let me reassure you, Seed Ranch worked magic with this. The herbs and Thai ginger pop, making an excellent flavor that is savory in a way unique from any other sauce I've had, and with just a little sweetness. While the peppers are a few ingredients down, the presence of Carolina Reapers means that the sauce still has a solid kick. So if this sauce is also a bit outside of your usual styles, trust me, it'll win you over.

Curry Superstar
This one is in my top 10 of all time. More of a puddler than a piler but the flavor is over the moon. It's umami and curry notes are over the top. Love this one anything from wings to dumplings. Don't miss out on this one.
