Torchbearer Sauces Garlic Reaper Hot Sauce

Reaper is the perfect name for this. I thought I was gonna die the first time I had it because it is really, really hot. That doesn't take away from the garlicy goodness. A little creamy, but a lot of flavor.

Torchbearer is definitely a favorite maker for me. They have flavors upon flavor and dang they can make some really hot sauces that are just flat out good. If you haven’t tried sauces from these guys, you definitely need to! I didn’t expect this one to be super hot, thinking it was a garlic based sauce maybe taking a little after their Headless Horseradish, but nope… it is hot and it is awesome! There is a creamy garlic start to this sauce, with a smooth feel and a little texture of some of the peppers, and then it gets hot!!! This has Carolina reaper peppers, garlic, distilled white vinegar, mustard powder, granulated garlic, chili powder, salt and black pepper. They don’t overload the ingredients compared to some of the other sauces out there, they keep it simple and let the flavors and the reaper work. Use it on turkey sandwiches, hamburgers, chicken, or straight off the spoon. So good!!!!

Torchbearer makes amazing sauces and Garlic Reaper may just be my favorite from them. Incredible garlic flavor and enough heat to make even the biggest hot sauce fan blush.

Really really hot but really really good! Must have if you love garlic AND extreme heat.
