This malt vinegar fries recipe, made with our own Bourbon Barrel Malt Vinegar, is a crowd favorite! Don't forget the malt vinegar aioli!

Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 lbs. Russet potatoes scrubbed clean
  • .25 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • .25 cup malt vinegar
  • 1.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • .5 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut potatoes into ΒΌ-inch wedges.
  • Combine potatoes and the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  • Spread the fries out evenly on a baking sheet. Bake in a 450-degree oven for 35 minutes, flipping over halfway through.
  • Let the fries cool and drain on a paper towel for five minutes, then serve with Malt Vinegar Aioli.
