I love this sauce. I have been using this sauce for 5+ years. Always have one on hand. It's a great balance of hot peppers, mustard and sweet. I love it on everything. .. . wings, chicken, rice, soup, dumplings and even sandwiches. It's a little on the thin side, but that's about the only thing I have to say about it not being amazing.

Amazing is the only way I can describe this hot sauce. You get it all with mustard, curry, and peach flavors. Truly an island sauce and now one of my all-time favorites.
