Caribbean Mustard Dream

I love this sauce. I have been using this sauce for 5+ years. Always have one on hand. It's a great balance of hot peppers, mustard and sweet. I love it on everything.... wings, chicken, rice, soup, dumplings and even sandwiches. It's a little on the thin side, but that's about the only thing I have to say about it not being amazing.

Variable use... great for soup! Jambalaya. Replace mustard.

Use in place of mustard! Nice zing. Used in salsa dip.

Great sauce great flavor

Amazing is the only way I can describe this hot sauce. You get it all with mustard, curry, and peach flavors. Truly an island sauce and now one of my all-time favorites.
