High River Sauces Tears of the Sun Private Reserve Hot Sauce

Caribbean Style Ghost Pepper just sounds good and the name was too good not to try this one. This is nice and HOT. Not the hot where you think you are going to die, but some good heat and sweat on the forehead kind of heat. The taste is awesome and really has that Caribbean vibe, well done there. It has Peach ghost scorpion peppers, apple cider vinegar, peaches, pineapple, lime and ginger. Imagine all of that working together followed by some real heat. This sauce is not very thick, but has awesome texture. I will pick this one up again for sure.
