To make our Blood Orange Olive Oil, we press olives and blood oranges together, which we’ve found is the best way to impart the flavor of blood oranges to the olive oil. The sweet, tart flavor of blood oranges perfectly complements the fruity, slightly peppery flavor of our olive oil.
